Call Back features allows Partners to request support and call back from our Regional Support Center anytime to match your time zones and convenience. Support is now extended in more than one languages including English, Hindi, Urdu as well.
You can continue to pay using credit card or wire transfer methods, however we have now added more options for you to pay locally for example check, cash, or PayPal. Please contact your Account Manager for the details on the payment options available in your region.
Partners with Active Premium Support with Thobson will have an opportunity to sell Remote-Session-Support feature where one of the Support Engineer will take a remote session of your customer’s on-premises MDaemon to troubleshoot the issue and or advice the solution to your customer’s day to day issues.
