JOB DESCRIPTION
Thobson Technologies Pvt Ltd, the leading Integrators and Infrastructure Solution Provider in Pakistan, is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Social Media Marketing Specialist who is capable of defined planning, implementing and managing our Social Media Marketing strategies. The person we are looking should be responsible for;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan in line with company objectives.
- Marketing Strategies: Manage social media marketing strategy across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google+.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Execute all social media activities, including content creation, engagement, and social advertising.
- Communication: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Monitoring: Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Followers & Engagement: Manage and grow social media accounts, increasing followers and engagement through strategic content and interactions.
- User Experience: Ensuring the best user experience on the brand’s website across different devices.
- Website Performance: Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
- Reporting: Compile and present reports showcasing the impact and ROI of social media campaigns.
- Planning: Plan and execute mass mailing campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and forms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate agency.
- Experience in the tech industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Adobe Photoshop, Figma & Canva (must have at least basic knowledge)
- Good knowledge of online advertising tools, especially Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest Social Media Marketing (SMM) and digital marketing trends and best practices.
NOTE: All positions are Full Time from Monday to Saturday. No Freelancers Please.
