JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking forward to hire Technical Support & Infrastructure Specialist! The ideal candidate will have to deal with day-to-day challenges on a various platforms, connectivity and integration of varied platforms and challenges assigned to him.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Will spend considerable time indoor for communicating online with customers and handle queries over phone and using Remote Sessions.
- Person we are looking should be Customer Friendly, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good Computer knowledge, Professional Telephone & Communication Skills.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and provide prompt support.
- Strong IT background
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting Customers on phone and in personal with Technical Issues related to Email Client Configuration, DNS, IP and Network.
- To troubleshoot technical problems and respond to customer inquiries via chat and email providing information and closing queries.
- Effective communication with users at all levels Tracking to conclusion simple and complex issue resolutions.
- To help in achieving companywide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Time management & coordination skills and customer care attitude
CRITICAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong Knowledge of Email Protocols, Routing & Configuration for various platforms including Exim, Office 365, Google Workspace, MS-Exchange, MDaemon including WHM/cPanel
- Good knowledge of Firewall and Fail-Over mechanism
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and be able to work well in a team setting.
- Strong TCP/IP, Networking and DNS and Routing Concepts
- Strong concept of Corporate Mail Solutions and Disaster Recovery Solutions
NOTE: All positions are Full Time from Monday to Saturday. No Freelancers Please.
