  • Supporting customer locally and internationally via remote sessions, phone and ticket system and coordinating with Data Center staff.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot and provide prompt support as per SLAs.
  • Effective communication with users at all levels with proper technical documentation of each case including tracking simple to complex issue resolutions.
  • To help in achieving company-wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Time management, coordination skills and customer care attitude are a must.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.


  • Must have worked on one or more mail servers. Preference will be given to candidate with strong concept and working experience of MDaemon Mail Server or Microsoft Exchange or Zimbra.
  • Strong Knowledge of POP/SMTP/IMAP Protocols and configuring various mail client with in-depth knowledge of handshake and encryption protocols including SSL/TLS.
  • Knowledge of Email Security and Backup Tools like Barracuda, Sophos, Acronis
  • Cpanel / WHM - strong grip and understanding of various features of WHM/Cpanel.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, POP/SMTP/IMAP and Mail Server technologies
  • Very strong concept of DNS and Mail Server components and architecture.
  • Person we are looking should be customer friendly, strong interpersonal skills, good computer knowledge, professional telephone behavior and effective writing skills
