JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting customer locally and internationally via remote sessions, phone and ticket system and coordinating with Data Center staff.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and provide prompt support as per SLAs.
- Effective communication with users at all levels with proper technical documentation of each case including tracking simple to complex issue resolutions.
- To help in achieving company-wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Time management, coordination skills and customer care attitude are a must.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
CRITICAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Must have worked on one or more mail servers. Preference will be given to candidate with strong concept and working experience of MDaemon Mail Server or Microsoft Exchange or Zimbra.
- Strong Knowledge of POP/SMTP/IMAP Protocols and configuring various mail client with in-depth knowledge of handshake and encryption protocols including SSL/TLS.
- Knowledge of Email Security and Backup Tools like Barracuda, Sophos, Acronis
- Cpanel / WHM - strong grip and understanding of various features of WHM/Cpanel.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, POP/SMTP/IMAP and Mail Server technologies
- Very strong concept of DNS and Mail Server components and architecture.
- Person we are looking should be customer friendly, strong interpersonal skills, good computer knowledge, professional telephone behavior and effective writing skills
