JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and effective communication. They will identify and engage with potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and understand client needs to provide customized solutions. The Business Development Executive will work closely with teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify potential clients, strategic partnerships, and emerging market opportunities.
- Strong understanding and awareness of IT services.
- Conduct comprehensive industry analysis to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Lead the bidding process on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others to secure new business opportunities.
- Positive Attitude toward Sales with Aggressive Follow-Up.
- Conducts meetings with client managers and consultants to determine concerns and/or new business opportunities.
- Lead the entire bidding sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
- Cold call or email experience for marketing.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Manage client accounts post-sales to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have an experience in Networking & Infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with IT skills especially with Hosting, Email Servers, Web Development, Cloud Solutions, Backups and Archive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.
- Experience with remote project hunting platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation and client engagement.
